I was a bit nervous buying a used commercial machine, but this Polaris arrived in excellent condition and the programmable buttons make dialing in different beans incredibly easy. It's already handling our morning rush without a single hiccup.

The dual steam wands on this machine are a game-changer for busy mornings—even during our small café rush, I never had to wait. The programmable buttons make dialing in different beans quick and consistent. It’s clearly a workhorse that’s held up beautifully despite being used.
