Synesso Sabre 3 Group Black - Used

I was a bit worried buying a used machine, but the multi-boiler system heats up incredibly fast and holds temperature rock solid through back-to-back shots. The steam wand pressure is fantastic for latte art, and the sleek black finish looks stunning behind the bar.

Switching from a single group to this 3 group model was a big upgrade for us. The multi-boiler system keeps the temperature rock steady even during rush, which makes a real difference in shot consistency.

The thermal stability on this used machine is unreal—even after back-to-back milk drinks, every shot pulls at the exact same temp. Multi-boiler setup means I can steam and brew simultaneously with zero drop in pressure, which has cut my line times noticeably.
