I was hesitant about the price, but the dual boiler system lets me steam milk and pull a shot at the same time without any temperature drop. The flow control paddle gives me total control over the extraction, and the OLED screen makes it easy to track everything. Definitely a step up from my old mac

The paddle for adjusting flow during extraction gives me total control over each shot, and the steam wand produces silky microfoam effortlessly. I've been pulling consistently balanced espresso with more body than I ever managed before.

The OLED control panel makes adjusting the temperature and flow so straightforward, though I wish the manual said more about the programming options. The dual boilers heat up fast enough for back-to-back milk drinks, and the flow control paddle takes some practice but it’s a fun learning curve.
