La Marzocco GS3 Av 單孔義式濃縮咖啡機

I’ve been pulling shots with this machine for a week now, and the saturated group head keeps the temperature rock steady—no more guessing. The build quality feels solid and the white and gold finish is a real showpiece on my counter.

The pre-infusion feature really lets me dial in lighter roasts without channeling, and the steam power is comparable to a commercial setup. Pulling multiple shots back-to-back feels effortless, and the build quality is exactly what you'd expect at this level.

The timber side panels add a warmth that makes this machine feel like furniture, not just an appliance. Pulling shots back-to-back for a dinner party was effortless, and the steam power is ridiculous for home use. It's a serious investment, but the build quality is undeniable.
