The steam pressure is consistent and powerful enough to microfoam milk like a proper café machine. I love that it warms up quickly so I’m not waiting around before pulling my first shot. Since upgrading, my morning cortado has noticeably more body and sweetness.
The PID temperature control makes a noticeable difference in consistency—every shot pulls within a degree of the last. It’s surprisingly compact for a machine with this level of steam power, and the white finish looks clean on my counter.
