Eureka Mignon Specialita 55E 16CR 鍍鉻磨豆機 - 新品

The 16CR burrs made dialing in my espresso noticeably smoother, and the chrome finish is much easier to keep clean than I expected. Consistent grind every morning so far.

I've been using this for my decaf beans, and the dedicated hopper makes switching beans effortless without any cross-contamination. The stepless grind adjustment lets me dial in exactly the right fineness for a balanced shot every morning.

The programmable dose settings are a lifesaver for my morning routine—consistent grounds every time without having to measure. The chrome finish wipes clean easily, which I appreciate after dealing with a plastic grinder for years.
