The Eagle has definitely landed. And yes it is a White Eagle. When the Black Eagle was launched, it completely changed the way Baristas worked with coffee machines. All of a sudden, full control of everything became very easy to work with. Make no mistake though, this is a very serious machine and was the World Barista Championship machine for 2015 - 2017. All controls are designed to blend aesthetics and functionality, with particular attention given to ergonomics, to ensure the barista can work quickly, comfortably and safely. The Flick Tap lever system lets the barista obtain steam in a quick and safe way. This particular machine has been fully customised with a luscious bright yellow body, which is sure to stand out on the bench !
