The Precision Bella V2 gives you real control over brew temperature and pre-infusion without the warm-up time, weight or power draw of a boiler machine.

The Precision Bella V2 runs two separate thermoblocks — one for brewing, one for steam — so it's ready to pull a shot in about five minutes from cold. Brew temperature is set on the touchscreen anywhere from 80 to 102°C , pre-infusion is programmable in two stages, and a front-mounted pressure gauge shows you what's happening during the shot. It takes standard 58mm baskets , so tampers, distributors and precision baskets you already own will fit. It comes in white, silver or black and weighs 13 kg.

• Stage 1 — wetting (P-1): water flows onto the coffee bed for 0 to 10 seconds. The default is 2 seconds.
• Stage 2 — rest (P-2): the pump pauses for 0 to 10 seconds while the puck saturates and settles. The default is 2 seconds.
• Extraction: the machine then runs the rest of your programmed shot time. Pre-infusion counts inside that time, so a longer pre-infusion needs a longer shot setting.
