The boiler is equipped with the patented Smart Boiler System and it is insulated with a special material that reduces heat loss. La Cimbali have included its energy saving software to minimize power draw when not in use. This machine is paired with the La Cimbali Elective grinder which pairs with and “talks to” the machine to enable the work of the barista by maintaining a dialogue between the machine and grinder-doser. This technology guides the barista step by step through all the beverage preparation stages, from grinding the coffee to dispensing. The PGS (Perfect Grinding System) is exclusive to La Cimbali. This provides constant control of coffee-dispensing parameters so the grinder-doser, connected to the machine via Bluetooth, automatically carries out any grinding and dosing corrections to ensure optimal, constant dispensing.
