This ensures a more stable temperature profile of your brew water as the large mass of metal heats up and stays hot. Great for your more nuanced coffee beans. All of these features are fed by a 3 litre on-board tank - no need to plumb into mains water. This machine has the best of both worlds by incorporating a hot water tap for long blacks & easy tea making.
