The 6 point water diffusers really make a difference — I’m getting such an even extraction with every batch. Setting up the 3 litre water ball feels substantial but the split tap gives great control for dialing in the brew.

I was worried the 3-litre water ball would be too bulky, but it actually fits perfectly on my counter and the split tap makes it easy to brew two different batches at once. The 6-point diffusers really do deliver a consistently even extraction, and the whole setup feels solid and well-engineered.
