Finally pulled the trigger on this machine and the separate brew and steam thermoblocks are a game changer—I can steam milk while the shot is still running without any pressure drop. The pump is noticeably quieter than my old one, which my early-morning self appreciates.

Steaming milk while the espresso shot is still running feels like a cheat code, and the separate thermoblocks mean no waiting around for temps to recover. The new pump is genuinely quiet enough that I don't jump every time I hit the brew button.

The PID temperature control is incredibly precise; my shots pull consistently at the exact temp I set. Being able to steam milk while the espresso is still dripping has cut my morning routine time in half. Definitely a step up from my old single-boiler machine.
