Benjamin ★★★★★

I was surprised by how sturdy the 125 mm probe feels—it doesn't wobble at all when clipped to my steaming pitcher. The temperature readings have been spot-on every time, which has really improved my milk texture.

Alexander ★★★★★

The adjustable clip makes it so easy to attach to my steaming pitcher, and the 125 mm probe reaches deep enough to get an accurate read. I've been getting consistently better microfoam since I started using this instead of guessing.

Julian ★★★★★

I was skeptical about an analog thermometer for steaming, but the 125 mm probe reaches deep enough into my pitcher to give a true reading. The adjustable clip is sturdy and hasn't budged even during vigorous steaming.
