The manual flow control lever gives me so much more precision when pulling a shot, and the separate steam boiler heats up fast for steaming milk. I’ve been tweaking the pressure on each espresso, and the consistency is night and day from my old machine.

The PID-controlled steam boiler heats up fast and stays consistent throughout multiple milk drinks, which is a huge upgrade from my old machine. Pulling the manual flow-control lever to adjust the pressure mid-shot gives me way more control over extraction than I expected.

The separate PID steam boiler holds its temperature perfectly, so I can steam milk right after pulling a shot without waiting around. The manual flow lever takes a few tries to get the hang of, but once you do, it's a game changer for dialing in lighter roasts.
